Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Gin

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke gin, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 2 oz ginger ale, 1 dash grapefruit bitters

Preparation: Shake gin and grapefruit juice in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour ginger ale and shaken ingredients into glass over ice. top with a dash of bitters.

Served: Over large ice cube

Standard garnish: Grapefruit slice

Southside of Harlem

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Gin

Ingredients: 2 oz HH Bespoke gin, ¾ oz lime juice, ¾ oz simple syrup (1:1, sugar:water), 6-8 mint leaves, 1 dash orange bitters

Preparation: In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add all other ingredients and ice, then shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass. Slap a mint sprig against your hand to release the oils and garnish.

Served: Over several cracked ice cubes

Standard garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel

HH Hemingway Daquiri

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Rum

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke Rum, 1 oz grapefruit juice, ½ oz Luxardo (Cherry Liqueur), ½ Lime Juice

Preparation: Shake Rum, Luxardo, Grapefruit juice and lime juice in cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into glass and garnish.

Served: served up; no ice

Standard garnish: brandied cherry

Drinkware: nick & nora glass or coupe glass

Moscow Mule

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Vodka

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke Vodka, ¼ oz lime juice, 4 oz ginger beer

Preparation: Pour the vodka, lime juice and ginger beer into mug with ice, then stir the drink. top with ice as needed and garnish.

Served: Over pebble or cracked ice cubes

Standard garnish: Lime slice

Daisy De Santiago

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Rum

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke Rum, 1 oz Lime Juice, juice, ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse, 1 ½ teaspoon Demerara Syrup (2:1)

Preparation: Shake Rum, lime juice, Yellow Chartreuse and Demerara Syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into coupe and garnish.

Served: served up; no ice or over one rock

Standard garnish: Mint sprig for garnish

Drinkware: coupe glass

Fashionable Rum

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Rum

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke rum, ¼ oz demerara syrup (1:1), 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to combine and chill. Strain over a large ice cube in a double Old Fashioned glass. Twist an orange or lemon peel over the drink to release the oils, then use as a garnish.

Served: Over one large cube

Standard garnish: branded cherry or Orange or Lemon peel

Dark and Stormy

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Rum

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz HH Bespoke Rum, ¼ oz lime juice, 4 oz ginger beer, 2 dash Angostura bitters

Preparation: Pour the Rum, lime juice and ginger beer into glass with ice then stir the drink. top with ice as needed, bitters and garnish.

Served: Over cracked ice cubes

Standard garnish: Lime slice & candied ginger

Classic Martini

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Vodka

Ingredients: 2½ oz HH Bespoke Vodka (or gin), ½ oz dry vermouth, 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation: Combine Vodka, dry vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Express lemon peel onto cocktail then Garnish with the peel.

Served: served up; no ice

Standard garnish: Lemon Peel

Drinkware: coupe glass or martini glass

Negroni

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Gin

Ingredients: 1 ¼ oz HH Bespoke gin, 1 oz Italian aperitif, 1 ¼ oz sweet vermouth

Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to combine and chill. Strain over a large ice cube in a double Old Fashioned glass or serve up in a coupe with no ice. Twist an orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then use as a garnish.

Served: Over one large cube or served up in a coupe

Standard garnish: orange twist

Corpse Reviver #2

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Gin

Ingredients: ¾ oz HH Bespoke Gin, ¾ oz Lillet Blanc, ¾ oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur), ¾ oz lemon Juice, and Absinthe (to rinse)

Preparation: Shake Gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and Cointreau in cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into coupe and garnish.

Served: Rinse glass with Absinthe, then serve up; no ice

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Vodka

Ingredients: 1½ oz HH Bespoke Vodka, 3½ oz Grapefruit juice

Preparation: Shake vodka and grapefruit juice in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass.

Served: Over ice cracked

Standard garnish: Grapefruit Wedge

Dirty Martini

Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Vodka

Ingredients: 2 oz HH Bespoke Vodka (or Gin), ½ oz Cocchi Americano, ½ oz Fino sherry, ¼ oz Olive brine (Or okra brine or dill pickle brine), 2 dashes lemon bitters

Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.

Served: served up; no ice

Standard garnish: Olive or Pickled okra
