Main Spirit: HH Bespoke Gin
Ingredients: ¾ oz HH Bespoke Gin, ¾ oz Lillet Blanc, ¾ oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur), ¾ oz lemon Juice, and Absinthe (to rinse)
Preparation: Shake Gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and Cointreau in cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into coupe and garnish.
Served: Rinse glass with Absinthe, then serve up; no ice
Standard garnish: lemon twist
Drinkware: nick & nora glass or coupe glass
